Terms of Use
These terms set out the conditions under which the gebuju.info website and its webinar sessions may be used.
By accessing gebuju.info or registering interest in a webinar session, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with any part of them, please do not continue to use the site or attend a session. These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic.
Gebuju provides a monthly series of educational webinars concerning agricultural technology topics relevant to Central Europe, including precision farming instruments, drone-based imaging, soil moisture sensing, open-source farm management software, and publicly documented SZIF subsidy programmes. Sessions are delivered online and, where produced, made available as recordings.
Content presented is for general educational and informational purposes only. It does not constitute agronomic, financial, legal or tax advice, and should not be relied upon as a substitute for guidance from a qualified advisor familiar with your specific circumstances. Gebuju does not sell, distribute or install agricultural equipment or software.
Where registration for a session is requested, accurate contact details should be provided. Access details and recordings are provided for personal or organisational reference and should not be redistributed commercially without prior written permission from Gebuju.
All text, graphics, session recordings and materials published on gebuju.info remain the property of Gebuju or its licensors unless otherwise stated. Reasonable personal, non-commercial use, such as note-taking or citation with attribution, is permitted.
Users agree not to misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access to systems, or use session content for purposes that infringe the rights of others. Questions submitted during live sessions should relate reasonably to the subject matter being presented.
The website and its content are provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding accuracy, completeness or fitness for a particular purpose. Technology and subsidy programme details referenced during sessions reflect publicly available documentation at the time of presentation and may change afterward.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Any dispute arising in connection with these terms or use of the website shall fall under the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Czech Republic, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rules that may apply.
