We collect information you provide directly, such as your name, email address, and any message content submitted through the contact or topic suggestion forms. We also collect limited technical information automatically, such as browser type, approximate location derived from IP address, and pages visited, where cookie consent permits this.

This site uses a small cookie consent tool to record your preferences regarding essential, analytics, preference and marketing cookies. We process personal data on the following legal bases under Article 6 GDPR: consent, where you have opted into non-essential cookies or newsletter-style communication; contractual necessity, where processing is required to respond to a message you have sent; and legitimate interest, for basic technical logging needed to keep the site secure and functioning correctly.

Where a message references interest in an upcoming session, the name and email address supplied may be used to send information about that session, including scheduling changes or a link to the recording. This information is not shared with third parties for marketing purposes and is not used to build an advertising profile.

Contact form and topic suggestion messages are retained for as long as reasonably necessary to respond and to maintain a record of correspondence, typically no longer than twenty four months, after which they are deleted or anonymised unless a longer retention period is required by law.

We may rely on hosting providers, email service providers and analytics tools that process data on our behalf under written data processing agreements. We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it with agricultural equipment manufacturers or resellers.

Where a service provider is located outside the European Economic Area, we take reasonable steps to ensure an adequate level of protection, such as reliance on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or an applicable adequacy decision, before any transfer takes place.

You have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict processing of your personal data, the right to data portability, and the right to object to processing based on legitimate interest. Requests can be sent to [email protected] and will be handled within the timeframes set out in GDPR.

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure or destruction, including access restrictions and secure transmission where available. No online system can be guaranteed completely free of risk, and we encourage caution when sending sensitive information by email.
